You can download flash player here:
Select Linux and .deb.
Run downloaded file. Click Install.
Alternative:
(Make sure your Internet connection is working)
Press Alt+F2
Type “xterm” (without quotes) then press Enter
At the prompt, type this: “sudo apt-get install -y –force-yes flashplugin-nonfree”
Enter your password in case it asks.
Wait till it done and restart your browser.
(You can change flashplugin-nonfree to ubuntu-restricted-extras for additional software, such as codecs and java)
