The computer automatically connects but doesn’t ask me to enter the password (which the connection requires on a Mac or Windows). So even though i’m connected, I can’t access the internet. Where and how do I enter the password?

  I can’t tell without more details. What sort of Internet connection do you have? And have you checked out ?

  there should be a little icon in the top right corner. if it is connected it should be a blue bar graph. Click on that and see if it finds your network and if there is a padlock next to it, click on it and it should do its thing and ask you for a password
